Overview and Essential Functions

What you’ll do…

  • You will be the direct liaison between our company and our customer

  • You will maintain positive customer relationships

  • You will maintain profitable daily customer workload within all time frame requirements and installation specifications

  • You will screen applicants, interview, hire

  • You will retain, train, supervise, and evaluate employees

  • You will ensure and maintain all billing and payroll integrity, as well as corporate paperwork requirements

  • You will ensure and maintain all customer and company quality control and safety requirements

  • You will maintain and control all company assets and customer inventory

  • You will analyze operations, identify performance issues, and recommend and implement corrective action

  • You will hold regular staff meetings for timely communications of customer and corporate directives and/or changes

  • You will complete Weekly Reports which summarize all operational concerns

Qualifications

Who we are looking for…

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

  • You have a valid driver's license with minimum of 2 years driving experience and a good driving record

  • You must have at least 3 years management experience in cable television or telecommunications

  • You must have advanced knowledge of voice processing and local area network systems

  • You must have excellent customer service skills

  • You must have excellent oral and written communications skills

  • You must be flexible with hours as nights and weekends apply
