Stick WelderPositions Available to Start Immediately. 2nd Shift. Great work environment! Joins, fabricated, and repairs metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques. Interprets blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics to determine appropriate welding process. Inspects completed welds to determine structural soundness. Must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instruction and reestablished guidelines to perform the functions of the job. May have to clamp configurations and positions for welding. This is an out position.
Requirements:
- Must be experienced with production welding and have welded using low gauge wire
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrate ability to work independently without daily supervision
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
- Safety conscious
- Mechanical aptitude
- Able to carry up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Regularly required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms and work outdoors
