ABX Air, Inc. Safety Training Coordinator in Wilmington, Ohio

Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Works with both ILN and non-ILN locations with the safety teams to create an environmental awareness of safety. Is present in operations to observe and coach. Reports potential hazards and follows-up to ensure their abatement. * Works with both ILN and non-ILN locations to develop, implement and provide oversight of training programs. * Audits LGSTX locations for compliance with Safety and Training requirements. Supervisory Responsibilities - Directly supervises the LGSTX LMS and safety program implementation at the assigned LGSTX locations.
