Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Coordinate and supervise all incoming calls/emails from current patients' family members
Serve as primary link between current patient's family members to the clinical, nursing, and medical staff
Provide excellent customer service
Coordinates with clinical, nursing, and medical staff to provide patient care and support
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor's degree in a clinical field preferred
One year experience in the substance abuse field preferred
Provides excellent customer service
CPI and CPR (offered at facility)
Management/supervision experience required
Must exhibit excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work with male and female, adult (18 and over) substance abuse / dually diagnosed population
