Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Coordinate and supervise all incoming calls/emails from current patients' family members

  • Serve as primary link between current patient's family members to the clinical, nursing, and medical staff

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Coordinates with clinical, nursing, and medical staff to provide patient care and support

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor's degree in a clinical field preferred

  • One year experience in the substance abuse field preferred

  • Provides excellent customer service

  • CPI and CPR (offered at facility)

  • Management/supervision experience required

  • Must exhibit excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Ability to work with male and female, adult (18 and over) substance abuse / dually diagnosed population
