Chemtex Global Corporation Mechanical Engineer in Wilmington, North Carolina
- Responsible for performing the 2D and 3D modeling of the different vessels and other mechanical systems used in the Polymer production.
- Analyzing stress due to temperature and other forces acting on the equipment and Vessels using simulation software (ANSYS).
- Will be involved in specifying the design requirement for the mechanical equipment like gear reducers, drive trains, Valves, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchanger, Pumps and Steam Turbine.
- Investigate equipment failures and work on the root cause analysis of the mechanical components and recommend design modification.
