Join Our Team as a Lawn Care Technician

As a lawn care technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the health and appearance of our clients lawns through various services, such as fertilization, weed control, aeration, and more. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services and will also be responsible for identifying and addressing lawn care issues as they arise.

Responsibilities:

• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and other lawn care products according to client specifications
• Conduct soil tests and diagnose lawn care issues
• Perform lawn aeration, overseeding, and other services as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate records of lawn care services and client interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in lawn care or related field is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of lawn care products and techniques
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
