What Were Looking For: Provides confidential administrative and specialist support to the IDD Care Management Department. (Directors, Managers, Supervisors, Monitors, Residential Health Specialists and Care Managers). This position may provide support to other Care Management teams as requested and needed. On a typical day, you might:

  • Provide administrative, clerical support, and facilities support
  • Distribution mail and processing outgoing
  • Track information
  • Data Entry
  • Verify Medicaid
  • Acts as liaison between site/office and Facilities Coordinator
