Crew Leader Responsibilities:
- Manage a crew of lawn mowing professionals and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to our high standards
- Train and mentor crew members on proper mowing techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure all equipment is appropriately maintained and in good working order
- Monitor and report on crew performance, attendance, and job progress
- Participate in crew meetings and provide feedback to management on ways to improve operations
Crew Member Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn mowing and maintenance tasks as directed by the crew leader
- Follow all safety procedures and use equipment properly
- Report any issues with equipment or job progress to the crew leader
- Participate in crew meetings and provide feedback on ways to improve operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent our company in a positive and professional manner
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
