Our Entry-Level Sales Representative program is crafted to develop your sales skills in the industry of in-home sales. No prior experience? No problem! We provide paid training and continuous support—just bring your hunger to grow and people skills. Previous experience in customer service, inside or outside sales, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.

What You’ll Do as a Roofing Entry-Level Sales Rep:
Identify homes in need of roofing of a consultation
Generate qualified leads of homeowners interested in residential roofing solutions
Schedule roofing consultations for prospective customers
Serve as a roofing consultant, providing valuable product knowledge to qualifying homeowners
Develop your sales aptitude with homeowners to eventually sell the roof itself as your career progresses
Represent Trinity’s Roofing Division with professionalism and integrity
Meet and/or exceed lead generation performance minimums

Age 18 or older
Bilingual abilities are a plus
