ManpowerGroup Recruiter Coordinator in Wilmington, Massachusetts
Our client in Wilmington, MA is seeking a Recruiter Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a Team Player, have problem-solving and time management skills, as well as experience in staffing, LinkedIn and strong Computer and Microsoft office skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Recruiter Coordinator
Location: Wilmington, MA. This job is partially remote. Must be able to be on-site 2-3 days per week, or as needed for on-site interviews.
Pay Range: $40-$50 an hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4-5 hours per day
* **This is a Temporary position for about 6 months
What’s the Job?
Posting jobs on LinkedIn or other platforms.
Sourcing candidates and complete light phone screening.
Scheduling candidates interviews (phone, video or in-person)
Candidate Care – following up, advising on status of position
Follow up with hiring manager and complete administrative tasks such as: - Routing offers for approval and preparing written offers; - Pre-rehire tasks such as requesting drug screen, initiating the background check, following up on background checks, submitting new hire tickets for IT, fleet vehicles, HRIS system, scheduling orientation, etc.
What’s Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent computer skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Some experience in staffing and LinkedIn is preferred
