responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate Swiss-type CNC machines.

• Understand and interpret blueprints, customer drawings, and sketches.

• Calculate dimensions and tolerances using mathematical knowledge and measuring tools.

• Monitor machine operations, change cutting tools, and make necessary offsets.

• Inspect precision work for quality assurance.

• Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines.

• Collaborate effectively with management and colleagues.

• Maintain excellent attention to detail and work independently with minimal supervision.

• Proficiently use standard machinist hand tools, including micrometers, optical comparators, calipers, microscopes, and other measuring equipment.
