In the Role you will:

• Drive One Main’s operational strategy and continuous improvement agenda

• Develop and evolve the organization’s strategy around how we organize our operations teams including rolling out and tracking pilots, scaling successful initiatives and designing new ones

• Drive key initiatives prioritization including ones across technology, analytics and product

• Help determine and establish the appropriate metrics by which to measure and monitor performance of various operational teams

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that align with our business objectives.

Requirements

• 12+ years in professional settings, with a preference for backgrounds in change management, business analytics, technology rollout, or consulting.

• BA required; MBA or other technical graduate degree preferred.

• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

• Proven track record of delivering results and leadership in complex and strategic initiatives.

• Skilled in building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex initiatives and projects.

• Superior organizational and analytical skills, with expertise in required tools like Microsoft Office.

• The successful candidate will possess:

• Organizational Awareness : Understanding of the organizational structure, culture, and dynamics to navigate and influence effectively.

• Versatile: Capable of handling a wide range of tasks, from administrative to strategic.

• Data-Driven: Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and strategy. Proficient in data and financial analysis to align initiatives with strategic objectives.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, and R.) to support evidence-based recommendations.
