As a Sales Training Manager, you will independently execute comprehensive training programs designed to develop our sales team's skills and competencies. Responsibilities:

• Execute advanced and specialized sales training programs independently.

• Oversee the implementation of new training technologies and platforms.

• Maintain and update training documentation and compliance records.

• Collaborate with external experts to bring new insights into training programs.

• Monitor industry trends to keep training programs cutting-edge.

Compensation:

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, HI, NY, WA: $117,500-$164,700
