We manage recruitment, training, payroll, benefits, collective bargaining, and risk management. The Human Resources Administrator will join our dynamic, fast-paced employment services division, overseen by the Director of Employment Services, performing the complete life cycle of recruitment, and related talent strategies.\ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\ Performs a complete spectrum of responsible and professional human resources administration functions including but not limited to recruiting, job classification, performance management, training and development, supervisory/managerial advice and counsel; monitoring, developing and implementing programs to address employee training and development, performance management, policy development, employee engagement and recognition, and compliance with employment-related federal, state and local laws and regulations, i.e. FLSA, EEOC unemployment compensation, etc.\ Manages the complete life cycle of recruitment including advertising, developing job descriptions, application, and post selection process.\ Develops and implements recruiting strategies to meeting organizational needs.\ Identifies, designs, and develops employee engagement strategies, including employee recognition.\ Acts as strategic partner with assigned departments in addressing their human resources needs.\ Conducts assessments to determine organizational needs; designs, implements and evaluates the impact and success of employee training.\ Performs statistical analysis and generates computer reports in a variety of areas including equal opportunity and hiring trends.\ Performs related work as required.
CANDIDATE EVALUATION\ Evaluation for this position includes a review of the applicant materials, certification of qualified applicants, and a panel interview (in-person or virtual).
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\ All selected applicants must pass a criminal background investigation and pre-employment physical.\ Work is normally performed in a quiet office seated at a desk utilizing a computer.\ Work requires the employee to frequently sit, talk, or hear.\ Occasionally required to walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands or arms.\ May occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.\ Vision requirements include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
TOTAL COMPENSATION\ Compensation encompasses both salary administration and a comprehensive benefit package:\ Salary Administration: New employees are hired at the starting and up to median salary based on qualifications and internal equity.
