Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a HR Recruiter in Wilmington, Delaware. This role is integral to our team, focusing on talent acquisition and recruitment strategies, candidate screening, selection, and maintaining a regular communication flow with hiring managers. You will also contribute to program support, branding, and database management.
Responsibilities
• Establishing consistent talent pipelines through relationships with campus career services, educational institutions, and community organizations.
• Attracting individuals with experience in camp counseling and specialist roles by developing and executing recruitment strategies across various platforms.
• Assessing candidate qualifications and alignment with position requirements through screening resumes, applications, and candidate profiles.
• Managing applicant tracking and maintaining accurate candidate records.
• Regularly reporting on recruitment metrics and proactively addressing any recruitment roadblocks.
• Conducting phone screens, virtual interviews, and/or in-person interviews to identify top candidates.
• Collaborating with camp leadership to understand staff requirements and providing insights and recommendations about candidate progress to hiring managers.
• Promoting the organization's mission, values, and programs to candidates and creating engaging outreach materials.
• Supporting and attending recruitment events to raise awareness about opportunities and foster interest.
• Acting as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring transparency and excellent communication. Requirements
• Job Title: HR Recruiter
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR recruitment or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode.
• Familiarity with the CareerBuilder platform.
• Competency in CRM tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of About Time software is advantageous.
• Comfortable working with Applicant Track System.
• Experience conducting Background Checks.
• Understanding of Benefit Functions within an organization.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
