JPMorgan Chase Digital Learning Experience Lead, Data & AI, Vice President in Wilmington, Delaware

The Digital Learning Experience Lead for Data & AI reports into the Head of Data & AI Learning Solutions, and will identify, recommend, and develop digital learning products that can include high-quality videos, graphics, and microsites.

As the Digital Learning Experience Lead for Data & AI, you will be hands-on developing digital learning solutions and leading learning initiatives, in addition to managing a new digital learning developer team. This is a highly visible role that will work to drive business impact by enhancing the Data & AI skills and knowledge of JPMorganChases' 300k+ employees

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging and impactful digital learning content on Data and AI topics, tools, and processes

  • Create high-quality multimedia assets, including videos, graphics, and microsites using tools such as Vyond, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Figma, and Articulate Storyline/Rise

  • Coach and review Digital Learning Developers' work, providing guidance on instructional design, tools, and ways to increase learning outcomes and impact

  • Provide consultative support and thought leadership on ideas to best meet learning needs and outcomes in an effective way

  • Manage complex learning initiatives using Agile Scrum processes while leveraging data to inform decisions and communicate output

  • Partner with leadership to create a culture where all team members can share diverse perspectives and thrive to produce quality results

  • Provide recommendations to enhance internal processes to support content inventory, design practices, project execution, and other needs

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Digital Media Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, User Experience/User Interface, Computer Science, Instructional Design and digital marketing or similar degree or equivalent extensive work experience

  • 2+ years of people management experience of distributed digital learning teams

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing and troubleshooting learning solutions with various multimedia deliverables such as web, print, video, audio, and graphic

  • Extensive experience and proficiency in tools for video (Vyond and Adobe Premier Pro), visual design (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Figma), and learning (Articulate Storyline / Rise). A portfolio demonstrating your work is required .

  • Strong attention to detail in developing and publishing learning solutions, and ensuring accuracy and quality of content

  • Strong organizational, project and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively on multiple projects in a fast moving, deadline-driven and agile development environment; demonstrated timely task completion and quality of deliverables

  • Proven accomplishment in building inclusive partnerships and relationships with customers and internal clients; openness to multiple perspectives; work both independently and collaboratively to achieve outcomes

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Extensive experience with expert level of proficiency in web development (CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript Responsive Development), 3d content creation (Blender), and gamification (Unity)

  • Embrace and actively utilize Generative AI tools, with a curiosity and ability to learn new tools, platforms, and processes

  • Experience designing for a professional audience to make complex concepts easier to understand and remember, in an engaging way

  • Strong knowledge in educational technology, adult learning and educational best practices, developing fully accessible digital solutions that meet ADA and WCAG 2.1 levels A-AA requirements
