Job Title: Crew Chief
Job Description
As a Water Remediation Team Leader, you will oversee and manage a small team of 2-3 people responsible for water remediation, tear-outs, and corrective actions. Your primary purpose will be to lead the team in addressing water damage and implementing corrective actions to prevent future issues.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the team.
Assess water damage and plan remediation.
Perform tear-outs and remove damaged materials.
Implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
Ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Communicate with clients and provide updates.
Essential Skills
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Strong management skills.
Experience in water remediation.
Team leadership abilities.
Project management skills.
Experience with tear-outs and corrective actions.
Knowledge in disaster recovery and restoration services.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $50000.00
