Description We are providing an opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator to join our client's team in Willowbrook, IL The Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining an elevated office ambiance, stocking necessary supplies, and providing hands-on support to team members. This position is integral in fostering a hospitable environment, supporting marketing needs, and providing one-on-one training to team members on various platforms. Responsibilities: • Foster a hospitable environment and elevate the office ambiance • Stock necessary supplies and ensure the cleanliness of the office space • Assist agents with marketing requests, including brochure creation, sign ordering, photo ordering, and email marketing • Provide hands-on support to agents, including answering calls, managing incoming mail and deliveries, and assisting with paperwork needs • Conduct one-on-one training sessions on all resources • Collaborate across the company to meet deadlines and improve office engagement • Support agents with administrative tasks, including transferring calls as needed, managing incoming mail, and maintaining office supplies • Assist agents with using Propel, our intranet and hub for all resources • Provide one-on-one training for agents on IT tools as needed • Interface with diverse sales force and adapt to multiple working styles. Requirements • Position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. • Bachelor Degree REQUIRED • A genuine desire to help others and foster hospitality • Experience with CRM systems is helpful. • Ability to manage calendars effectively is necessary. • Strong communication skills are essential. • Experience in an administrative office setting is required. • Ability to answer inbound calls professionally and promptly is necessary. • Experience assisting guests in a detail oriented setting is required. • Ability to maintain office supplies effectively is a key part of the role. • Experience with marketing activities is necessary.
