Manager, Corporate and Board Reporting

We are seeking a Manager - Corporate & Board Reporting responsible for corporate planning/budgeting/forecasting processes for consolidated Asplundh, including both segment and corporate function results. The successful candidate will generate external reporting packages and analysis for the Executive leadership team and external private equity partners. This role will also collaborate with internal corporate teams and form business partner relationships to help guide financial and strategic decision making.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and refinement of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, to provide critical financial insights to the CFO and senior management

  • Responsible for overseeing the preparation and review of company’s quarterly forecasts and annual budget

  • Support financial analysis at a consolidated, segment, and corporate function level to include development and tracking of KPIs, executive dashboarding, preparing financial reports, budgeting, rolling forecasts, and cross-departmental analytics

  • Partner with our Field-facing FP&A Leadership to help train and improve our budgeting and forecasting processes

  • Manage our external reporting and board preparations including reports, narratives, and analyses

  • Collaborate with teams and support projects across the organization as we modernize our systems and business processes

  • Assist in implementing a scalable and collaborative forecasting and budgeting tool

  • Lead a team of corporate admin business partners supporting the forecasting and budgeting processes as well as monthly analysis

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Minimum of 6 - 10 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis

  • Expert proficiency in Oracle EPM, Oracle Analytics, and Power BI

  • Comprehensive understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and advanced financial analysis techniques

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills

  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, with strong presentation and communication skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial reporting tools
