We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Tax Analyst/ Accountant to Join a great CPA firm that has multi locations. This is a 100% REMOTE work! The role involves analyzing and preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and advising on tax strategies. Salary up to $115K plus incentives. Responsibilities:

• Analyze and prepare tax returns to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws.

• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company.

• Advise on tax strategies and implications of business decisions.

• Conduct tax research and planning to optimize tax liabilities.

• Collaborate with other departments to gather information and resolve tax-related issues.

• Prepare and present reports on tax matters to senior management.

• Assist in tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of tax-related data in the company's records.

• Develop and implement tax policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

• Provide guidance and training to other staff members on tax-related matters.

Requirements • Position title: Tax Analyst/Manager/Director

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is required

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is preferred

• Strong understanding of tax codes and laws

• Excellent research and planning skills in tax-related matters

• Proven experience with tax reporting, tax planning, and audits

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
