Supervisors in this position lead operations of all routes under their supervision. Responsibilities include managing driver/laborer performance, maintaining schedules and managing daily route tasks. Supervisors also ensure work environments are in compliance with all safety guidelines, initiate best practices for productivity and resolve any route issues. Our Supervisors must be an example of West Central Sanitation s Good Neighbor service and standards to WCS co-workers as well as to the public, industry partners and WCS customers. Most importantly, our supervisors keep drivers and customers happy! Our supervisors are the backbone of our operation and motivate our team to grow and succeed.
