Overview

We are offering a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Must be able to perform the following tasks efficiently: perform/record vital signs, CPR, apply oxygen delivering systems, perform simple wound irrigation/direct pressure/dressings, prepare sterile field for suturing, assist provider with treatment when appropriate, apply restraints, clean medical equipment and prepare for sterilization, collect urine specimens, and phlebotomy

  • Assists in making observations, gathering data, and identifying patient care needs

  • Assists with patient transports and transfers

  • Answer telephones, filing, greet patients/visitors, transcribe provider’s orders, electronic data entry, and assist with documentation

  • Assists with cleaning, stocking, and maintenance of department equipment and supplies

  • Practices safe work habits, compliance with safety rules and regulations, and adheres to safety policies

  • Utilizes resources appropriately and follows facility guidelines, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

Required Licensure and Certifications

  • Certified Nurse Assistant; North Dakota, required.

  • ND State Nursing Assistant Registry - https://services.ndhhs.gov/nurseaide

  • American Hearth Association Basic Life Support (BLS)-CPR.

  • within 30 days of start.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training

  • Strong oral communications skills

  • Ability to deal with conflict and difficult people

  • Strong critical thinking skills

  • Knowledge of all regulatory agencies and their standards and processes

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

Pay Range

$15.56 - $21.40 /hour
