Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Maintenance on plant machinery and equipment.

• Responding to repair and part requirements to maintain all machinery at its highest level of integrity.

• Communicates and coordinates with production and maintenance supervisory personnel, equipment needs and requirements.

• Interpret mechanical prints, drawings and technical data to conduct maintenance of machinery.

• Assists engineering and production departments in the development and execution of ideas to improve products, machinery, and methods.

• Determine plant machinery needs and requirements and communicates repairs and adjustments to maintenance and production supervisory personnel.

• Assists with preventive/predictive maintenance programs.

• Assists electricians and engineers on routine tasks as needed.

• Mechanical repairs with all equipment- troubleshooting and solving manufacturing problems and building equipment.

Work Environment

• Makes and manufactures roofing material.

• This will be a dirty, dusty environment with big bay doors, so it will be cold in winter and hot in the summer.

• Full benefits package.

• Shift: 6:45pm-7am.
