MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: _EDUCATION: Current LPN/LVN licensure in the State of West Virginia. Current BLS certification. Successful completion of an IV therapy and phlebotomy course. Successful completion of arrhythmia course. _EXPERIENCE: No prior experience required. __PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Completes annual educational requirement. Maintains regulatory requirements. Reports to work on time and as scheduled; completes work within designated time. Wears identification while on duty; uses computerized punch time system correctly. Maintains patient confidentiality at all times. Professional Requirements: Completes in services and returns in a timely fashion. Attends annual review and department in services, as scheduled.
