Amentum Logistic Supply Technician in Williamsburg, Virginia
Amentum is seeking a Logistic Supply Technician in the Williamsburg area of Virginia. The supply technician performs limited aspects of technical supply management work (e.g. inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to local or other supply activities. Work is typically segregated by commodity area or function. Assignments typically relate to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management operations. The work generally involves individual supply actions. This work may require consideration of program requirements together with specific variations in or form standardized guidelines.
Job Requirements:
Good working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies nomenclature, work methods, manuals or other established guidelines
Understanding of the needs of the organization serviced
Analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, and to collect he necessary data to establish the facts
Take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines
Performs logistics functions for the program service to include acquisition, supply chain coordination and communication, integrated logistics support and product distribution
Provides acquisition planning, and implementation, system design and integration
Evaluation in support of the government or commercial programs
Works with GSCM to procure goods and service to support mission needs
Provides program management support to include project control, project planning and cost analysist and reporting
supports month financial reporting for all procured services

Minimum Requirements:
Proficient in Excel
Proficient in Costpoint
Self-motivated
Independent worker
High school diploma or equivalent
Must posses a government issued clearance at time of application
