Description and Requirements
Specifically, Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for E2E SaaS operation process.
Daily handling for Order management.
Able to handle invoice-billing, refund/adjustment control work with multiple teams.
Onboarding registration, maintain work for new business partners.
Improve operation process prioritize Customer CX(Success) impacting by operation process. (Faster, smooth & simple, compliance), also work for internal improvement.
Maintain Catalog of Software & cloud products.
Strong effort & understand to learning internal system tools of Software & cloud products, Products, and sales operation flow, able to explain to internal sales and external customers.
Follow DoA/governance for pricing process improvement work with related people (finance, billing, tax, Legal, sales team).
Works closely with in operation/platform team to improve Platform and Operation processes related to SW & Cloud Business.
Maintain/Create/ Optimize operation materials of internal/external for smooth & easy to understand operation in Local language.
Cover other countries operation work during team members are in absent/holiday.
Weekly report submit to team leaders.
Work for Adhoc request from team leader.
