Description and Requirements

Specifically, Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for E2E SaaS operation process.

  • Daily handling for Order management.

  • Able to handle invoice-billing, refund/adjustment control work with multiple teams.

  • Onboarding registration, maintain work for new business partners.

  • Improve operation process prioritize Customer CX(Success) impacting by operation process. (Faster, smooth & simple, compliance), also work for internal improvement.

  • Maintain Catalog of Software & cloud products.

  • Strong effort & understand to learning internal system tools of Software & cloud products, Products, and sales operation flow, able to explain to internal sales and external customers.

  • Follow DoA/governance for pricing process improvement work with related people (finance, billing, tax, Legal, sales team).

  • Works closely with in operation/platform team to improve Platform and Operation processes related to SW & Cloud Business.

  • Maintain/Create/ Optimize operation materials of internal/external for smooth & easy to understand operation in Local language.

  • Cover other countries operation work during team members are in absent/holiday.

  • Weekly report submit to team leaders.

  • Work for Adhoc request from team leader.
