Description:
Key Role and Responsibilities:
Parts forecast analysis and proactively managing demand/supply for rolling 13 weeks basis.
Ensure suppliers’ on time commitment & delivery.
Regularly review the PO, schedule and capacity with suppliers to meet production demand.
Weekly/Daily WW parts shortage, ONS analysis and resolution.
Inventory and E&O management.
Ensure parts allocation execution at suppliers based on business requirement.
Supply Readiness for New Product Introduction and Mass Production.
Support team to solve daily critical business issue.
Manage and evaluate suppliers performance, quarterly business review.
Work with cross-functional team members on decision making for RFQ winner, supplier selection and strategic partner selection.
Eligibility and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, logistics, International Business or related field. Advanced degree (Master's) is preferred
Minimum 3 years in procurement, supply chain management, or related field
Strong understanding of PCB, connector, Semi-conductor in procurement field.
Strong analytical skills, communication skills and problem-solving abilities for procurement challenges
Can avaliable to join company within one month after get the offer
English and Mandarin is a must
