JOB OPENING

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You shall demonstrate at a minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or Education, and a minimum of 3 years of experience performing customer service program management in English, process improvement, and project management 

OR

demonstrate six (6) years of experience relevant to performing customer service program management, process improvement, and project management. At least three (3) years of this relevant experience must have been gained in an English-speaking environment.

  • Level III English proficiency levels in reading, speaking, and writing

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Promote and coordinate the full range of responsibilities of the garrison branding campaign, customer service, and team award programs, and Voice of the Customer programs, including the Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE), Commander’s Hotline, Happy or Not Kiosks, and community feedback surveys.

  • Provide information about community feedback mechanisms to Military personnel, their families, eligible civilians, contractors, and retirees who reside in Wiesbaden.

  • Specific tasks of this contract include identifying issues encountered by serviced populations and providing feedback to implement policies and procedures that demonstrate sensitivity to the changing needs of individuals and families.

  • Lastly, the individual will work independently alongside Plans, Analysis, and Integration Office (PAIO) staff and other agencies or personnel and prepare associated briefings and reports as required.
