Aerotek Aviation is looking for Quality inspectors who must have structures experience to join one of the Aerospace companies in Wichita, KS.

Job Title: Quality Inspector -6 month contract to hire

Location: Wichita, KS

Pay Rate: $30

Shift: All ( must be flexible)

Job Description

Responsible for the performance of both in-process and end-of-line inspections against established inspection criteria for large scale assembled

structures/sections of commercial aircraft.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of inspection experience in an aerospace, military, or manufacturing environment (OR 3+ years of sheetmetal assembly experience)

• Experience using calibrated inspection tools.

• Ability to understand and interpret blueprints (GD&T) and all applicable drawings

• Experience with AS9102

• Experience with nonconformance investigation

• Experience inspecting mechanical parts

• Experience with product verification to drawing requirements

• $30/hour (plus mileage reimbursement)

• Shifts: 1st, 2nd and 3rd

• Location: Wichita, KS
