This position has a critical role in construction equipment product development to innovate and integrate emerging alternative energies, advanced control systems, automation, and safety and security into Skid Steer Loader, Compact Track Loader, and Compact Dozer Loader vehicles. :::
::: {field="responsibilities"} - Working with SSL/CTL/CDL product line - Responsible for developing new products and features - Maintaining and continuously improving existing products - Collaborating with product platforms, product validation, centralized technical areas (electronics, hydraulics, software, driveline, cab, engine) during all program development phases to design for interaction between complex vehicle subsystems so to ensure performance and robustness while contributing control strategies for complex systems (Electro-Hydraulic, Driveline, Electrification, Automation) - Design solutions will be demonstrated by developing documentation, specifications, flow charts, diagrams, tests, and functional proofs-of-concept to support problem analysis :::
