Duties and Responsibilities
Perform work orders, scheduled, preventive and routine maintenance requests on a timely basis.
Assist all maintenance personnel assigned to the project.
Perform maintenance on all equipment at the project. Regularly inspect all equipment and service logs to insure proper use and maintenance of these items.
Model appropriate behavior toward residents.
Handle winterization and summarization programs at all HumanKind locations.
Work in close conjunction with the property manager to assure that vacancies are refurbished on a timely and priority basis to reduce turnaround time.
Take immediate and appropriate action when indicated by project inspection reports or any other report involving the maintenance or appearance of all properties.
Communicate with Property Manager to resolve problems with individual residents
Perform snow removal in season.
Police grounds daily and handle exterior grounds maintenance not routinely handled by lawn crew.
Ensure that all HK facility is kept as clean and orderly, both indoors and outdoors.
Promptly report any potentially hazardous condition to proper personnel.
Perform other maintenance tasks assigned by the Property Manager.
On Call rotation is required when scheduled and necessary in cases of emergency.
Communicate with the property manager on a regular basis regarding project maintenance as it relates to problems, schedules, project appearance, scheduled maintenance, and all other maintenance.
