Position Summary:

Primary focus of this position is to lead, maintain, and support the efforts of Web platforms. A Web Apps Admin will be the point person in resolving any challenges within the HubSpot platform, assist users with their queries, evaluate new offerings in the platform, maintain and schedule backups, and develop any reports or functionalities as needed or requested. Build, maintain, and support webapps to create integration to reduce manual inputs while connecting disparate platforms. The candidate must ensure that the organizations IT policies related to the platform are properly documented, applied, and kept up to date.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelors degree in technology related disciplines, or equivalent combined experience and education
  • 1-2 years experience in web application development/maintenance, HubSpot, and Salesforce platform

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage HubSpot platform for Adams Brown and assist with Salesforce platform
  • Manage users support and provide needed assistance, build reports, and functionalities
  • Develop and maintain web applications using appropriate platforms to connect disparate platforms
  • Maintain all documentation related to policies, best use practices, and functionalities, including change logs

Working Conditions
