About You
Basic Qualifications: Senior Functional Consultant (P4)
5+ years of grants and/or financial consulting experience OR 5+ years of grants and/or research operational experience in healthcare organizations.
Experience with Workday, Lawson, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar applications.
Experience with grants management solutions along with one or more of the following: Accounts Receivable, Projects, Endowments, Fund or Non-Profit Accounting
Basic Qualifications: Principal Functional Consultant (P5)
7+ years of grants and/or financial consulting experience OR 7+ years of grants and/or research operational experience in healthcare organizations.
Experience with Workday, Lawson, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar applications.
Experience with grants management solutions along with one or more of the following: Accounts Receivable, Projects, Endowments, Fund or Non-Profit Accounting
Other Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferably in Finance or Accounting
At least 2 full-cycle software implementations in the healthcare industry
Understand the reporting and compliance requirements for government, state, and/or local funded grants
Working knowledge of research or clinical trial solutions such as Huron Click, Cayuse, or OnCore
Passion for customer service and project management experience
Engage with all levels of customer/prospect leadership
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
Ability to prioritize multiple project engagements at a time
Ability to travel up to 50 percent

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidates compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: \$116,900 USD \$175,400 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: \$111,100 USD \$196,000 USD
