Job Summary: This position provides a broad range of administrative and operational duties as well as analytical services for the Commercial & Community Bank Lenders within INTRUST Bank. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST’s Character Qualities.
Essential Functions: All expectations described in the job description’s essential functions are necessary to be successful in this role, performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Coordinates the daily administrative and clerical workflow for both Risk Management/Credit and Loan Review activities into and out of the departments to ensure that all work is accomplished, consistently, efficiently, and accurately, and that all credit actions are in conformity with established guidelines.
• Typical duties include spreading and analyzing financial statements, risk rating customer borrowing relationships, and compiling basic management information reports.
• Perform various other basic duties assigned by Senior and Executive Management.
• Compile and analyze information for the preparation of basic loan memos and applications.
• Check for compliance on loan agreements and perform basic collateral reviews.
• Assess credit quality of loan applicants.
Education and Experience: In pursuit of or graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business, with a preferred major in finance or accounting and 0-3 years of related experience is necessary.
Required Skills and Knowledge: Apply accounting principles in the interpretation of customer financial statements. Knowledge of business and economics. Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Office, Internet, and related computer skills. Effective business writing and professional communication skills. Demonstrated effective Customer Service skills via active listening and speaking skills. Possess critical thinking skills by utilizing logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Proven ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing with the ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand. Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Capacity to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. Aptitude to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions which includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events.

Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
