Job Summary: Responsible for the administration and communication of the company’s compensation and performance management programs and develops and prepares compensation analytics. This position will evaluate jobs using market survey data. Serves as backup to the department’s technical point-of-contact for HR information systems. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST’s Character Qualities.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for reviewing and administering compensation and incentive programs across the company.

  • Provides analysis and reports to ensure equity and competitiveness of the compensation programs in the markets we serve.

  • Is responsible for INTRUST job descriptions, including: management support for the creation and updating of job descriptions; archiving of job descriptions; compliance with INTRUST job description requirements and legal standards.

  • Participates in annual salary surveys in order to maintain current competitive data. Completes the annual benchmarking process and salary range identification.

  • Researches, collects and analyzes data in order to determine appropriate salary range and pay program for each position in the company.

  • Provides the administration, analysis and reporting of the company’s annual compensation review process and systems.

  • Analyzes proposed annual salary recommendations and presents final recommendations to management. Ensures salary adjustments are accurately entered into the HRIS system in a timely manner.

  • Provides support for the annual review process.

  • Provides back-up to HRIS Analyst.

  • Participates in projects to support the department and organization as needed.

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree with major in human resources, accounting or business related field desired. A minimum of 3 - 5 years human resource experience is required. Compensation experience of two years is preferred.

Required Skills and Knowledge: Analysis and project management skills are required. Position requires excellent customer service skills for the high-touch service that is provided. Excellent oral and writing skills are necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products, particularly Excel and report writing tools such as Cognos.

Required Licenses and/or Certifications: None required.

Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Working Conditions: Normal office environment.
