Job Purpose / Duties & Responsibilities

The Business Development Administrator is responsible for helping the organization increase revenue by developing strategies to attract new customers, engage with existing ones, and obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. The BDA works closely with the Director of OEM Business Development and the sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends and propose new business ideas to improve revenue margins. The position will also support current programs and assist with acquiring others.\ \ *Duties & Responsibilities\ *\ Adheres to company polices and presents a professional, positive attitude at all times.\ Oversees OEM requirements and BG completions.\ Helps to identify new business opportunities - Product Technology and Operations\ Research business or economic trends and recommend viable new growth strategies.\ Create strategic alliances among similar but non-competing businesses.\ Overseeing the companys business development marketing programs and projects internally and externally.\ Collaborate with BG marketing for deliverables, outlines, and scripts.\ Assist field support with Distributor, Field Sales Rep, and OEM\ OEM correspondence new product launches, marketing support, financial reporting, field training, update meetings\ Support programs such as GM, Ford, and others.\ Assist with establishing new business (Distributor Principal, Sonic, Racetrack communications, Tasca, AutoNation, Penske, Bommarito, and others) requirements such as planning, reconciling, and ROI analysis.\ Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.\ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients and potential ones\ Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.\ Develop and deliver presentations to potential clients.\ Monitor industry trends and changes.\ Manage projects and ensure they are completed on time and budget.\ Train, coach, or mentor company employees on expertise subject matter\ Some travel for business purposes is required.\ Perform other duties as assigned.
