The Brazeris responsible forperforming critical assembly line and sub-assembly brazing operations on air conditioning units and related equipment. This role involves precise brazing tasks requiring careful handling and adjustment of materials and equipment.
Read and interpret operational Method Sheets (OMS) job instructions.
Handle materials to and from the workstation.
Execute critical brazing operations with extreme precision, consideringcomponentproximity and tubing.
Maintain proper heating techniques for effective filler material flow in various directions.
Determinerequired materials, filler metal, and flux, and adjust torch flame and tips accordingly.
