Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Supervisor – Janitorial Services to oversee and manage janitorial operations for assigned client accounts. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality cleaning services, maintaining strong client relationships, and supervising janitorial staff to meet performance and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in janitorial operations, team leadership, and customer service, with the ability to handle multiple locations efficiently.
Pay: $21.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with janitorial services.
Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance and address any operational needs.
Ensure contractual obligations are met, including cleaning schedules, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Operations & Supervision:
Oversee daily janitorial operations across assigned locations, ensuring staff adhere to cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
Supervise, train, and schedule janitorial teams to optimize efficiency and service quality.
Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure consistency and adherence to company and client standards.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in janitorial services, facility management, or a related field.
Leadership: Proven experience supervising teams and managing multiple locations.
Client Relations: Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges and implement effective solutions.
Organization: Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software is a plus.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Work Environment:
Requires travel between client sites as needed.
May involve evening or weekend shifts based on client needs.
Physical requirements include standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
