Job Title: Cost Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cost Manager to manage the procurement and tendering process, prepare contractual documentation, control costs during the construction process, and manage the commercial success of projects. The successful candidate will value construction work for interim payments, assess or compile claims for loss and expense, and agree on final accounts.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

• 5-8 years' relevant experience as a cost engineer/manager.

• Bachelor's degree in construction or a related field.

• Experience working on a project controls team on large-scale projects ($2 million+).

• Expertise in Excel, including producing reports and graphs.

• Strong skills in cost control, cost estimation, cost analysis, forecasting, and cost management.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Must live near BP Whiting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with SAP software.

• Experience as a cost engineer on construction projects.

• 5-8 years of experience on a project controls team on projects upwards of $2 million.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $76.92/hr.
