Description

Responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling of waste collection routes, dispatching drivers and work crews, and serving as the main point of contact between drivers, customers, and team members. They monitor and track the progress of waste collection vehicles, address any delays or issues, and perform administrative tasks such as maintaining records of customer requests and services performed. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, technical proficiency with dispatch software, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure compliance with company policies and waste management regulations. Typically working in an office setting, the Dispatch Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of waste collection services, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
