Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Location: Whiteland, IN

Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $34.81 - $36.81 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electro-mechanical systems and equipment, with specific experience in 24v AC/DC systems and mechanical troubleshooting, including gearboxes, motors, and rollers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electro-mechanical equipment.

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in 24v AC/DC systems.

  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical problems with gearboxes, motors, and rollers.

  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operation of equipment.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in electro-mechanical maintenance, particularly with 24v AC/DC systems.

  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, specifically with gearboxes, motors, and rollers.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in conveyor maintenance.

  • Knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with robotic systems and troubleshooting.
