Our client, a renowned law firm, is seeking a Lead Recruiter to join their team in White Plains, NY. Key responsibilities include leading all New York Metro attorney recruitment and creating a full cycle, white glove service function during those recruitment processes. The ideal candidate can manage more than 45 requisitions at a time, has effectively managed partner level candidates, and has managed other recruiters before. - Bachelor's Degree, required
- 7+ years of experience within recruitment
- Law firm experience ideal
- Strong customer service orientation
The salary range for this position is between $120k-175k on a base.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
