Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a Commodity Trading Operation Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of assigned contracts and shipments, possessing significant experience with Letters of Credit. This is a role of high responsibility and offers a great opportunity to a proactive candidate seeking an engaging position within our nimble organization.

Responsibilities:

· Review Letters of Credit documents and contractual documents to ensure adherence to company standards and contractual obligations from purchase and sales.

· Review and approve Funding requests for pre-payments, provisional, estimated finals, finals and advances.

· Liaising with the administrators to obtain clarification on funding requests or vendors.

· Review and approve vendor invoices, confirming all information is accurate and coordinate with Accounting in case of nettings.

· Prepare reports on platform regarding funding request status and vendors, follow up with administrators to clean up reports when necessary.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or relevant field

• Proven experience in commodity administration, particularly with Letters of Credit

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
