Adecco is currently assisting a supportive and successful law firm in hiring an Administrative Associate. This on-site position is located in downtown White Plains, NY , right across from the train station, making commuting a breeze. If you are a motivated, organized individual with a passion for working in the legal field, this is the perfect opportunity for you to join a dynamic and thriving team!

Location: Downtown White Plains, NY (on-site)

Shift: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM-4:30 PM

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $24 hr.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Handle heavy telephone work, scheduling conferences and meetings for attorneys.

  • Manage calendars and coordinate schedules, ensuring that all appointments are properly arranged and confirmed.

  • Communicate with attorneys, clients, and court reporters to schedule and confirm details for upcoming conferences.

  • Follow up on emails, ensuring timely responses and actions on scheduling matters.

  • Enter important dates, appointments, and deadlines into the case management system, “ABACUS.”

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of scheduled events, meetings, and client interactions.

  • Provide outstanding customer service by building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

  • Manage multiple scheduling tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in scheduling, calendar management, or administrative support roles, ideally in a legal or professional services environment.

  • A people-oriented, personable attitude!

  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Excellent phone etiquette.

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
