· Contract Type: Temp to Hire

· Pay: $70,000 - $75,000 Annually

· Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00AM – 5:00PM

· Work setting: In-person

The accounts payable position is responsible for the financial, administrative, and clerical support of the company.

Responsibilities

· Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records

· Provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization

· Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables

· Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes

· Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner

· Vendor Communication via email & phone

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business administration

· 1 - 5 years minimum experience in Accounts Payable

· Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook

· Accounting Software Experience

· Organizational and detail-oriented skills
