Job Responsibilities
We are seeking experienced Risk and Compliance BA PM to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be looking for requirement gathering managing senior stakeholders managing risk and compliance initiatives within the 1st line of defense ensuring our processes align with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Utilizing Agile methodologies, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify assess and mitigate risks ensuring our organization remains compliant resilient.
Required Skills
Must be able to perform Data Analysis in Excel and using the SQL (Basis Exp Collaborate with business units to identify and assess risks ensuring they are documented and appropriately mitigated.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations and internal policies staying abreast of changes in the regulatory landscape.
Agile Project Management:
Lead risk and compliance projects using Agile methodologies writing user stories facilitating sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with stakeholders across various functions including Legal IT Operations and Business Units to ensure risk and compliance requirements are integrated into business processes.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance risk management and compliance processes recommending and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of risk assessments compliance activities and project progress. Prepare and present reports to senior management and relevant committees.
Incident Management:
Assist in the investigation and resolution of compliance incidents ensuring root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented.
Regulatory Liaison:
Act as a point of contact for regulatory inquiries and audits providing required documentation and facilitating communication.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in risk management and compliance tools and software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational.
