ConnectiveRx Senior Data Analyst in Whippany, New Jersey
Senior Data Analyst (PSKW, LLC (d/b/a ConnectiveRx), Whippany, NJ): Support client and HUB operations with a variety of data and analytical services; Aggregate data into meaningful and impactful visual representations to be provided to client contacts at planned intervals and to fulfill ad hoc requests; Perform standard statistical analyses, present results, and develop thorough documentation of programming and results; Collaborate with members of the operations leadership teams to understand business requirements, trends and expectations for analysis; Collaborate with senior management on a strategic vision and roadmap for operational data solutions; Produce ad-hoc reports for various client requests; Partner with IT staff to validate data attributes and to assure consistent integration across several data sources; Build database queries and deliver reports and dashboards; Collaborate with marketing and business development teams as needed, to measure program effectiveness and track key performance indicators (KPIs); Manage projects and ensure deadlines are met and remain consistent with stakeholder expectations; Provide ongoing analytical and technical support of existing data sources, data integration, operational reports and dashboards; Monitor daily and weekly inbound and outbound data feed exchanges to ensure on-time delivery and complete and accurate data; and Diagnose inbound/outbound file issues through a documented quality control process. 100% remote work allowed.Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology & Management, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related field and 2 years of experience as a BI Analyst, Systems Engineer, or a related occupation. Requires experience with: Creating and fine-tuning SQL transactional queries with CTEs; Analyzing, engineering, and refactoring frequent data-fetching SQL queries; Coding in SQL, Python and basic Machine Learning packages (e.g. Sci-Kit Learn); Designing automated data flow processes; Designing row level security with Power BI; Building and designing interactive ad hoc reporting dashboards; Developing test plans, use cases, scenarios, and scripts; and Performing interactive marketing analysis.Send resumes to careers@connectiverx.com with Req #2024-2198 in subject line.
