Washington Music Sales Center Part-Time Accounting File Clerk in Wheaton, Maryland

We are currently looking for a Part-Time Accounting File Clerk. This role will support Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and the greater Accounting Department as needed. If you have an interest in learning the full accounting cycle in the music retail industry and the willingness to join a fast-paced environment, this position could be a fit for you.
Scheduling is flexible with an expectation of 20 hours a week Monday-Friday. Accordingly, this is usually a great option for a local high school or college student with afternoon availability.
Your Day-To-Day will include
- Filing
- Data entry
- Scanning
- Faxing
- Sales order processing
- Additional duties as assigned, depending on experience
Qualified candidates will have
- The ability to multi-task and complete work in a timely manner
- Dependable scheduling
- Availability for approximately 20 hours a week Monday-Friday
- Professional phone and email communication skills when applicable
- Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
- Office or administrative experiencepreferred but not necessary
