Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Associate

Job Description

Join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Associate, where you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your primary role will involve handling plastic bags and efficiently packaging them into boxes of various counts. This position requires standing for 12-hour shifts and comfort with working around large machinery. The shift operates from 5 am to 5 pm on a rotating two-week basis. Starting at $20.81 per hour, you have the potential to earn up to $23-24 per hour within three months through learning and operating new machines, with incremental raises of about $0.25 per new machine learned.

Work Environment

The work environment is warm during the summer due to the melting process of plastic, but it is temperature-controlled with fans and AC. Dress code is casual, but it is important to avoid wearing hoods, jewelry, or any strings from clothing for safety reasons.
