Job Title: Land Surveying CAD Drafter

We’re looking for a talented Land Surveying CAD Drafter to help create detailed drawings and maps for exciting land surveying projects. If you have a passion for precision and collaboration, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Create precise CAD drawings, including topographic maps and boundary surveys.

  • Collaborate with surveyors and engineers to ensure accuracy.

  • Analyze survey data for detailed representations.

  • Perform quality checks on drawings and maintain project documentation.

  • Stay current with new CAD software and surveying technologies.

  • Assist with field surveys occasionally.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or certification in CAD drafting or land surveying.

  • Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and knowledgeable in land surveying principles.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with GIS software.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

  • 4+ years of experience in land development or site civil.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $80000.00
